SodaSlim Disclaimer: Medical Limits, FDA Statement and How We Earn Money
The SodaSlim disclaimer has three parts. The capsules are a dietary supplement, not a drug, and the FDA has not evaluated the label statements. Our pages are general information, not medical advice. And we earn money when readers order through our links, which does not change what we write about the 138 mg of caffeine or the weak evidence. Updated October 27, 2026.

Medical01
Is the SodaSlim website medical advice?
No. Thesodaslim.us gives general information about a dietary supplement and the research on its ingredients. It does not diagnose, treat or advise, and no one at the site is your doctor.
A supplement is not a medicine. Each capsule holds 138 mg of caffeine anhydrous plus green tea extract, garcinia extract, green coffee bean extract and raspberry ketone. Those lines carry cautions for the heart, the liver, sleep, pregnancy and some medicines. Your doctor or pharmacist knows your history. We do not.
Talk to a doctor or pharmacist before you take SodaSlim if you are pregnant or nursing, have a heart, liver or thyroid condition, take any medicine, or are under 18, which the label says is not for you. Keep taking your prescribed medicine. Never stop or change one because of a supplement or anything you read here.
Our pages are written by the SodaSlim label desk. The medical reviewer is not named yet, and no page says a doctor has reviewed it. The editorial standards page explains how we write and check.
Chest pain, fainting, a racing or irregular heartbeat, dark urine, belly pain, or yellow skin or eyes need medical care at once. Call your local emergency number if you are in doubt.
FDA statement02
What does the FDA statement on the SodaSlim label mean?
It means no one at the FDA has checked the claims on the bottle. The label carries the standard text: These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
The FDA does not approve dietary supplements or their labels before they are sold. The maker must make sure the product is not adulterated or misbranded, and the agency acts after a product is on the market (FDA, Questions and answers on dietary supplements). A label may carry a structure or function claim, such as the three lines on the front, if the maker holds support for it and shows that standard statement (FDA, Structure/function claim notification).
The round "FDA registered" badge on the artwork is not an approval either. None of the badges on the bottle names the group that certified it.
| Phrase | What it tells you | What it does not tell you |
|---|---|---|
| Dietary Supplement | The maker markets it under supplement rules | That it works or that the FDA signed off on it |
| Claim lines ending in an asterisk | They are structure or function wording | That any study tested this product |
| FDA registered (badge) | A seller badge on the artwork | Approval of the product or its claims |
| GMP certified (badge) | The seller's wording; no certifier is named | Who inspected the plant, or when |
| Doctor formulated (badge) | The seller's wording | Any doctor's name or review |
More on the badges is on the testing and quality page.
Affiliate disclosure03
Does Thesodaslim.us earn money from SodaSlim orders?
Yes. When you press an order button on this site and buy, Thesodaslim may earn a commission from the sale. It costs you nothing extra.
The FTC says that payments and affiliate commissions can require clear disclosure near the endorsement (FTC, Endorsement Guides: what people are asking). We state it here and on the pages that matter, and we mark order links as sponsored in the page code.
The commission does not change what we write. We print the label's caffeine figure and the 34.5% share of the 400 mg guide. We print that no study tested the product. We print that reviews of the ingredients show small average weight differences. Facts that make a reader pause are part of the job.
What we are
Thesodaslim, a USA authorized SodaSlim retailer that runs an information site.
What we are not
Not the manufacturer, not the distributor and not a medical practice.
What we do not do
We do not publish invented reviews or ratings. The FTC bans fake reviews and testimonials (FTC, Final rule banning fake reviews).
We know of no celebrity, TV doctor or publication that endorses SodaSlim, and we do not imply one. Our reviews page shows labelled blank slots until real, matched reviews exist.
Results and evidence04
Will SodaSlim work for you, and what do the pages promise?
The pages promise no result. No study has tested SodaSlim, and results from studies of single ingredients do not carry over to a finished product automatically (FTC, Health Products Compliance Guidance).
When we describe research, we say who studied what and how large the effect was. When the sales page says something bigger, we quote it with attribution and compare it with the evidence. We do not repeat its claims as ours.
Weight and body change depend on food, movement, sleep, health and medicines. A story from one person is not proof for another. The NIH says there is little scientific evidence that weight-loss supplements work (NIH ODS, Weight loss supplements (consumers)).
Warning signs are worth knowing before you start. The list below shows when to stop and call for care.
- Chest pain, fainting, a racing heartbeat that will not settleCall 911. Caffeine overdose and seizures are emergencies; Poison Help is 1-800-222-1222.
- Yellow skin or eyes, dark urine, severe stomach painStop and see a doctor the same day. These are liver warning signs listed for green tea extract.
- A seizure or severe confusionCall 911. Seizures are reported with rapid intake of about 1,200 mg of caffeine.
- Weight loss promised no matter what you eatOne of the FTC's red flags: loss without diet or exercise, permanent loss, or blocking fat absorption.
- Jitters, poor sleep or anxiety that keep goingCut back caffeine from every source and talk to your doctor or pharmacist.
Signs from (Cleveland Clinic, Caffeine overdose) (MSK, Green tea (About Herbs)) (FTC, Seven red flags for bogus weight-loss claims). This list is not complete, and a supplement is never a reason to wait.
See the side effects page and supplements and medicines for detail.
Accuracy and links05
How accurate are these pages, and what about outside links?
We check each fact against the label or a named source and date the page. We still make mistakes, and labels and offers change.
Prices, packs and guarantee terms live on the checkout, not here. If a page and the checkout disagree, the checkout wins. Tell us at [email protected] and we will fix the page.
Source boxes link to government, clinic and journal pages that we do not control. We link them so you can read the original. We also quote the sales page where it helps to show what it says.
Photos marked as stock show ingredients, not the product. Bottle images are brand renders, not results. Questions about orders go to the order desk on the contact page. Our terms are on the terms and conditions page.
FAQ06
SodaSlim questions people ask
Is SodaSlim approved by the FDA?
No. The FDA does not approve dietary supplements before sale (FDA, Questions and answers on dietary supplements). The label carries the standard statement that the FDA has not evaluated its claims. A seller badge reading FDA registered is not an approval.
Does Thesodaslim.us give medical advice?
No. The pages give general information only. Ask a doctor or pharmacist about your own health, and keep taking any prescribed medicine unless your doctor says otherwise.
Do you get paid if I order SodaSlim?
Yes. Thesodaslim may earn a commission when a reader orders through our links, at no extra cost to the reader. It does not change what we write, and order links are marked sponsored in the code.
Does this site promise weight loss?
No. No study has tested SodaSlim, and reviews of single ingredients show small average differences (UNC / Obesity 2021, Review of weight-loss supplements). We promise no result and no timeline.
Who wrote these SodaSlim pages?
The SodaSlim label desk at Thesodaslim wrote them. The medical reviewer is not named yet, so no page claims a doctor reviewed it. The editorial standards page explains how we work.
What should I do if I feel unwell after taking SodaSlim?
Stop taking it and call your doctor. Chest pain, fainting or yellow skin or eyes need care now. You can also report a reaction to the FDA at 800-FDA-1088 (NIH ODS, Dietary Supplements: What You Need to Know).
Are the reviews on your site real?
We print no star rating and no customer quotes yet. The cards on the reviews page are labelled blank slots. Real reviews will be added only when they can be matched to an order.
