What Is in SodaSlim? The Full Ingredients List, Line by Line
The SodaSlim ingredients list has five lines, all printed in milligrams per capsule: green coffee bean extract 130 mg, raspberry ketone 130 mg, garcinia extract 130 mg, caffeine anhydrous 138 mg and green tea extract 130 mg. That totals 658 mg. The only other ingredient is the hypromellose capsule shell. No study has tested this mix.

The list01
What are the SodaSlim ingredients?
The SodaSlim ingredients are caffeine anhydrous, green tea extract, garcinia extract, green coffee bean extract and raspberry ketone. One capsule holds all five, and the label prints every amount.
Soda Slim capsules ingredients also include the shell: hypromellose, a plant-based material. Nothing else is listed. The label prints no flavor, no sweetener and no filler. It does say Contains Caffeine.
The bar shows how the 658 mg is divided. The split is nearly even, so no single line dominates.
658 mgof listed ingredients in one capsule, every amount printed
- Green coffee bean extract130 mg19.8% of the listed weight
- Raspberry ketone130 mg19.8% of the listed weight
- Garcinia extract130 mg19.8% of the listed weight
- Caffeine anhydrous138 mg21.0% of the listed weight
- Green tea extract130 mg19.8% of the listed weight
Share by printed weight. Four lines are 130 mg and caffeine anhydrous is 138 mg, so no single ingredient dominates the capsule. The capsule shell is extra.

What does each ingredient in Soda Slim do?
Each ingredient in Soda Slim is marketed for weight or energy, and each has small or unclear evidence behind it. Open a profile for the full picture.
In short: caffeine is a stimulant. The three extracts show small effects at best. Raspberry ketone has almost no human research (Rao 2021, Raspberry ketone review).

138mgper capsule01
Caffeine Anhydrous
138 mg per capsule, the largest line
Caffeine in its dry, concentrated form, the same stimulant found in coffee, tea and cola
Evidence: Small: short trials, mostly of mixed productsPer capsule138 mg
Studied atNo weight-loss dose verified. The FDA's guide for most healthy adults is up to 400 mg a day from all sources
Watch for138 mg is 34.5% of the 400 mg guide before any coffee, tea or soda. Fast heartbeat, jitters, poor sleep and higher blood pressure are listed effects of too much.

Green Coffee Bean Extract
130 mg per capsule, 50% chlorogenic acids
Extract of unroasted Coffea robusta seeds, standardized to 50% chlorogenic acids
Evidence: Weak: three poor-quality trials, one trial in the area retractedPer capsule130 mg
Studied atODS: seems safe up to 200 mg a day for 12 weeks. The three trials in one review were poor quality
Watch forContains caffeine that the label does not count. Headache and urinary tract infections are listed. The best-known trial was retracted in 2014.

Raspberry Ketone
130 mg per capsule, no standardization printed
A flavor compound found in red raspberries in tiny amounts; the label does not say where this one comes from
Evidence: Almost none in peoplePer capsule130 mg
Studied atNo human dose verified; one 8-week trial tested a mixed product that also had caffeine
Watch forSafety is not established in people. Raspberries hold only trace amounts, so the label's 130 mg is not a raspberry-sized amount.

Garcinia Extract
130 mg per capsule, 50% HCA
Extract of Garcinia cambogia fruit rind, standardized to 50% hydroxycitric acid (HCA)
Evidence: Small: 0.88 kg average difference, relevance uncertainPer capsule130 mg
Studied atMeta-analysis pooled nine trials; the daily HCA doses were not read

Amounts and evidence03
How do the amounts in the SodaSlim ingredients list compare with research?
Two lines can be compared with a reference figure: caffeine and green tea extract. For garcinia and raspberry ketone we found no verified daily study dose, so we make no comparison.
A reference is a limit or a tested level, not a dose that works. The caffeine guide is the FDA's 400 mg a day (FDA, Spilling the beans: how much caffeine is too much). The green tea figure is the 800 mg a day of extract at which liver enzymes rose (MSK, Green tea (About Herbs)). The green coffee figure is the 200 mg a day the NIH calls seemingly safe for 12 weeks (NIH ODS, Weight loss supplements (consumers)).
Reviews show averages of about a kilogram or less for the plant lines: 0.04 kg for green tea outside Japan (Cochrane, Green tea for weight loss (Jurgens)) and 0.88 kg for garcinia (Onakpoya 2011, Garcinia (HCA) meta-analysis). A review of 315 trials found most showed no weight loss (UNC / Obesity 2021, Review of weight-loss supplements).

Does SodaSlim contain anything not on the ingredients list?
Nothing found says SodaSlim contains anything beyond its label. We cannot prove that either, because no lab report is published.
The FDA has found weight-loss products with undeclared drug ingredients, sometimes sold as "all-natural" (FDA, Tainted weight loss products). That is background, not a finding about this product. It is a reason to check the seal and report any odd reaction.

Safety first05
Which SodaSlim ingredients need the most care?
Caffeine needs the most care, then green tea extract and garcinia. Caffeine can raise heart rate and blood pressure (FDA, Spilling the beans: how much caffeine is too much). Green tea extract and garcinia have both been linked to liver injury (NCCIH, Green tea) (NCCIH, Garcinia cambogia).
Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you take a prescribed medicine, are under 18, pregnant or nursing, or have a heart, liver or anxiety condition. Keep taking prescribed medicine.
Chest pain, fainting, a racing heart that does not settle, dark urine, or yellow skin or eyes. Stop the capsule and call a doctor, or 911 for chest pain or fainting.

FAQ06
SodaSlim questions people ask
What is in SodaSlim besides caffeine?
Four more lines at 130 mg each: green coffee bean extract, raspberry ketone, garcinia extract and green tea extract. The capsule shell is hypromellose. The label lists nothing else.
Are the SodaSlim ingredients natural?
Four lines are plant extracts or a compound found in plants. Natural does not mean safe (NCCIH, Weight Control and Dietary Supplements), and the label does not say if the caffeine or ketone is plant-made. The word natural has no set meaning for supplements.
Does SodaSlim contain a proprietary blend?
No. The label gives a separate amount for each line. A proprietary blend shows only a combined weight (21 CFR 101.36, Proprietary blends (Cornell LII copy)). The gap is the caffeine in the extracts, which is not printed.
Is SodaSlim vegan or gluten free?
The label calls the shell a vegetable capsule and prints no gluten or animal statement. Seller badges say gluten free and vegetarian, but no certifier is named, so ask the order desk.
Is there another stimulant besides caffeine in SodaSlim?
The label lists none. The only declared stimulant is 138 mg of caffeine anhydrous, though the tea and coffee extracts hold a little caffeine.
What does Coffea robusta mean on the SodaSlim label?
It names the coffee species behind the green coffee bean extract, which comes from unroasted seeds and is 50% chlorogenic acids.
Which SodaSlim ingredient has the most evidence?
Caffeine has the best-known effects as a stimulant. For weight, the evidence on every line is weak or small (NIH ODS, Weight loss supplements (consumers)). No study tested the five together.
