How Do I Get a SodaSlim Refund or Cancel My Order?
A SodaSlim refund starts with a call to +1 (302) 200-3480 or an email to [email protected], with your order ID. Then you mail the bottles as the order desk says, and you pay return shipping. Refund timing given to us is 3-5 business days after the bottles are credited, then 5-10 days for the card issuer.

How do I get a SodaSlim refund?
Call the order desk at +1 (302) 200-3480 with your order ID, or email [email protected]. Then mail the bottles the way the desk tells you. A SodaSlim refund runs through that desk, not through this website.
The desk is run by BuyGoods, the checkout company. It handles tracking, changes and refunds on placed orders. Our own inbox cannot see orders, so a refund request sent there only slows you down.

Can I cancel my SodaSlim order?
Call the order desk as soon as you can. No cancel window is printed anywhere we read, so we cannot promise an order can be stopped. Speed helps.
Say your order ID, ask whether it has shipped, and ask for the cancel to be confirmed by email. If the order has already left, the desk will tell you how to return it, and the refund steps above apply.
