Privacy
Privacy Policy for the SodaSlim Information Website
The Thesodaslim.us privacy policy says this site takes no orders, payments or accounts. We receive only what you email us and the routine technical data a web host records. Orders happen on the SodaSlim sales site and its checkout company, which collect your name, address and payment details under their own policies. Last updated October 27, 2026.

What we receive01
What data does the SodaSlim information website collect?
Thesodaslim.us collects very little. It has no shop, no cart, no sign-up and no payment form. The data we receive is the email you send us and the routine records a web host keeps when a page is loaded.
The site is run by Thesodaslim, a USA authorized SodaSlim retailer. We are not the manufacturer or the distributor named on the bottle. We write about the capsules and send readers to the sales site, where the sale takes place.
The table lists each kind of data, when it arrives and what we do with it.
| Kind of data | When it arrives | What we use it for |
|---|---|---|
| Your email address and message | When you write to [email protected] | To answer you, fix a page or handle a privacy request |
| Technical records: IP address, browser type, pages requested, date and time | Every time a page loads | To keep the site running, spot abuse and fix errors |
| Which link you clicked to leave | When you press an order button | The button sends your browser to the sales site |
| Answers in the on-page checklists | While you use a checklist or calculator | Shown on your screen only; the answers are not sent to us |
We do not ask for health details. Please do not email us diagnoses, medicine lists or other medical records. We cannot give medical advice, and a message to us is not a private medical file.
When you order02
Who collects your data when you order SodaSlim?
The sales site and its checkout company collect it, not this website. Your name, shipping address, email, phone number and card details are entered on their pages and handled under their own privacy terms.
Order buttons here pass through a short redirect and land on the SodaSlim sales site. From that moment you are on a different site. Read its privacy notice before you pay, and keep a copy of the order email.
The order desk, run by BuyGoods, can tell you what it holds about your order: call +1 (302) 200-3480 or write to [email protected]. We cannot see orders, so we cannot look up, change or delete them.
This website
Holds your email only if you write to us, plus routine technical records. It never sees your card.
Sales site and checkout
Takes the order, the address and the payment. It also runs the order desk, shipping updates and refunds.
Your bank or card issuer
Sees the payment as any card issuer would. Ask the issuer how it handles your card data.
Questions about orders and refunds go to the order desk. The contact page lists every number and address.
Cookies03
Does Thesodaslim.us use cookies or tracking?
As of October 27, 2026, the site's own scripts do not set advertising cookies and do not load advertising pixels. The pages run small scripts for the animations, the sliders and the checklists, and those work inside your browser.
Your web host and your browser can still keep their own records, such as server logs and cached files. Your browser settings let you clear or block cookies at any time. Blocking them will not stop the pages from loading.
The sales site and the checkout company are separate. They may use cookies to hold your cart, prevent fraud or measure sales. We do not control them and we cannot list what they set.
If we add an analytics tool or any advertising tag, we will name it here and change the date at the top before it goes live. We will never add a tool that reads what you type into a checklist.
We earn money when someone orders through our links, so order buttons carry the sponsored label in their code. The disclaimer and affiliate disclosure explains this in plain words.
Your choices04
How do you ask us to see, correct or delete your data?
Email [email protected] and say what you want: a copy of what we hold, a correction or a deletion. We answer Monday to Friday, Mon-Fri 9:00am-5:00pm ET.
We hold so little that most requests are simple. We may ask you to write from the same email address you used before, so that we do not hand your message to someone else.
Some US states give residents rights to know, correct and delete personal data, and to say no to its sale. We do not sell the email addresses we receive, and we do not share them for advertising. We apply the same choices to every reader, whatever the state.
Write to us
Use the subject line "Privacy request" and give the email address you wrote from earlier.
Say what you want
Access, correction or deletion. One line is enough.
Wait for our reply
We confirm by email once the request is done. If we cannot do something, we say why.
For data held by the checkout, ask the order desk. A deletion request to us does not remove an order record held there, and the checkout may keep records for tax, fraud or legal reasons.
Other points05
What about children, security and changes to this policy?
The site is for adults. The label says not to give the capsules to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If a child wrote to us, tell us and we will delete the message.
We keep emails only as long as we need them to answer you, and then we delete them. No method of storage or transfer on the internet is perfectly safe, and we cannot promise otherwise.
The site links out to government and clinic pages through its source lists. Those sites have their own privacy terms.
When this policy changes, we update the date at the top. Read it with our terms and conditions.
Questions about this policy go to [email protected]. We are at 733 Third Avenue, Floor 15, New York, NY 10017, USA, and mail is welcome.
