Terms
Terms and Conditions for Using the SodaSlim Information Website
These terms and conditions govern use of Thesodaslim.us, an information site about SodaSlim capsules. The site gives general information and does not sell anything itself. Orders are placed on the SodaSlim sales site, and the checkout shows the price, the guarantee terms and the seller's conditions. No part of the site is medical advice. Last updated October 27, 2026.

Agreement01
What do the Thesodaslim.us terms and conditions cover?
They cover your use of this website and nothing else. By reading the pages, you agree to the rules below. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.
The site belongs to Thesodaslim, which describes itself as a USA authorized SodaSlim retailer. We are not the manufacturer and we are not the distributor named on the label. The label names Gex Corporation LLP of Ogden, Utah, as distributor, and it does not name a manufacturer.
The terms do not replace the conditions you accept at checkout. Those are written by the sales site and its checkout company, and they decide your order. Where the two differ about an order, the checkout's conditions rule.
These terms sit beside the privacy policy and the disclaimer and affiliate disclosure. Read all three.
Using the pages02
What may you do with the information on this site?
You may read it, print it for your own use and share a link to it. The pages are general information for adults, not advice for your own body.
Our pages cover the SodaSlim label, the evidence on its five ingredients, how to read claims and how orders work. We cite public sources for health facts and we say when something is not known. No page here has been tested against your health, medicines or goals.
| You may | You may not |
|---|---|
| Read and print pages for personal use | Copy whole pages and publish them as your own |
| Link to any page | Imply that we endorse you, or that you speak for us |
| Quote a short passage with a link back | Remove our notices or change the meaning of a quote |
| Email us a correction or a question | Send spam, malware or automated bulk requests |
| Use the checklists and calculators for yourself | Treat their result as a diagnosis or a clearance to use a supplement |
The text, layout, charts and design of the site belong to Thesodaslim. Brand names, bottle images and label artwork belong to their owners. We show them to explain the product, and the renders are captioned as brand artwork, not results. Source titles belong to the organizations that wrote them.
Buying03
Who sells SodaSlim, and where is the order contract made?
The sale is made on the SodaSlim sales site, not on Thesodaslim.us. Our order buttons are links. They take you through a short redirect to the sales site, and the order contract starts there.
The checkout shows the price, any shipping and the guarantee terms. We do not print prices, because the totals we read on the sales site did not add up, and we will not guess. Check the checkout before you pay, and take a screenshot of the guarantee window.
A money-back guarantee is offered. Its length and conditions are the ones printed on the live checkout. To claim it, call +1 (302) 200-3480 with your order ID, or write to [email protected]. The buyer pays return shipping. The steps are on the refund policy page.
- Before you pay
Read the guarantee terms
The checkout shows the guarantee terms and its window. This site does not print a day count because the sales page words the terms in two different ways. Save a screenshot.

Call +1 (302) 200-3480 with your order ID, or email [email protected], before the window shown at checkout ends.

Send the bottles to the returns address with your full name, email and order ID. Return postage is on you.
We know of no Amazon, Walmart, eBay or store listing for SodaSlim. A look-alike listing may not be genuine or covered by the guarantee. See where to buy SodaSlim.
Limits04
What are the limits of what Thesodaslim.us promises?
We try to be accurate, but we promise no result and no perfect record. The site is provided as is, with the information current to the date shown on each page.
Labels, prices, offers and guarantee terms can change without notice. When a page and the live checkout disagree, trust the checkout and tell us so we can fix the page.
We are not liable for decisions you make from reading the pages, for the content of other websites, or for the sales site's service. Nothing here limits rights the law gives you that cannot be waived, including those against the seller.
- The pages are not medical advice and do not replace a doctor or pharmacist.
- No page claims that SodaSlim is meant to diagnose, treat or prevent a disease.
- The FDA has not evaluated the label statements, as the bottle says.
- We cannot promise weight change, energy or any other result.
Keep taking any prescribed medicine unless your doctor says otherwise. Chest pain, fainting, a racing heart, dark urine or yellow skin or eyes need medical care now.
Law and changes05
Which law applies, and can the terms change?
The terms are meant to follow the laws of the United States and of the state where Thesodaslim operates its office. We may change them at any time, and the date at the top shows the latest version.
Using the site after a change means you accept the new text. If one clause is found unenforceable, the others stay in force.
Links to other sites are given for your reference. We do not control them and we do not vouch for everything on them. Order buttons carry a sponsored label, because we earn money when an order comes through them.
Write to [email protected], Mon-Fri 9:00am-5:00pm ET, with questions about these terms. Our mail address is 733 Third Avenue, Floor 15, New York, NY 10017, USA. For placed orders and refunds, use the order desk on the contact page.
