Fact check
Is SodaSlim Legitimate? A Plain Fact Check, Not a Verdict
Is SodaSlim legit? It is a real capsule with a printed label, but legit does not mean proven. All 5 amounts are listed, with 138 mg caffeine per capsule. No study tested the product, the manufacturer is not named, and no lab report is published. We found nothing that shows a scam, and nothing that proves results.

The short answer01
Is SodaSlim legit or a scam?
SodaSlim is a real dietary supplement with a printed label, not a drink. Whether it is "legit" depends on the question: is the product real, or does it deliver what the ads imply?
On the first, the label gives a clear answer. It lists five amounts, names a distributor and says the capsules contain caffeine. On the second, nobody has shown it. No study tested SodaSlim, and the NIH says there is little scientific evidence that weight-loss supplements work (NIH ODS, Weight loss supplements (consumers)).
We have no proof of fraud, so we will not call it a scam. We also do not call it proven.
| Question | What we found | Status |

| Did a study test the product? | No | None |

Claims vs evidence02
Is SodaSlim legit for weight loss?
Nothing we found shows SodaSlim helps you lose weight. The best reviews of its ingredients show average differences of about 1 kg or less.
A Cochrane review found green tea differed from placebo by 0.04 kg outside Japan, not significant (Cochrane, Green tea for weight loss (Jurgens)). A garcinia meta-analysis found 0.88 kg, small and of uncertain value (Onakpoya 2011, Garcinia (HCA) meta-analysis). A 2021 review of 315 trials found most showed no weight loss (UNC / Obesity 2021, Review of weight-loss supplements). The FTC adds that research on one ingredient does not automatically support a finished product (FTC, Health Products Compliance Guidance).
The label's claim lines are structure and function phrases that the FDA does not evaluate (FDA, Structure/function claim notification). The sales page goes further. We quote it only to test it.
- Label frontSupports Craving Control & Satiety*No source shows these five together change hunger. Appetite and fullness were unaffected in the garcinia trial the NIH describes. (NIH ODS, Dietary Supplements for Weight Loss (health professionals)) (NCCIH, Garcinia cambogia)
- Label frontPromotes Energy Production From Fat*Caffeine nudged lab markers of fat metabolism in a 94-study review, not body weight. (Meta-analysis, Does caffeine increase fat metabolism?)
- Label frontHelps Support Healthy Weight Management*Reviews find average differences of about 1 kg or less, and the NIH says there is little scientific evidence that weight-loss supplements work. (NIH ODS, Weight loss supplements (consumers)) (UNC / Obesity 2021, Review of weight-loss supplements)
- Sales page, quoted"immediately awakens the metabolism"Not supported as an outcome in people by the sources found; caffeine is a stimulant. (Meta-analysis, Does caffeine increase fat metabolism?) (SodaSlim sales page)
- Sales page, quoted"accelerated reduction in body fat" (raspberry ketone)The sources found say the effect of raspberry ketone on weight is unknown. (NIH ODS, Weight loss supplements (consumers)) (Rao 2021, Raspberry ketone review) (SodaSlim sales page)
- Sales page, quoted"enhances internal fat oxidation" (green tea)Reviews found little or no weight effect from green tea extract. (Cochrane, Green tea for weight loss (Jurgens)) (SodaSlim sales page)
Label-front lines are printed on the bottle. Sales-page lines are the seller's own wording, shown in quotes and examined, not endorsed. Health claims need competent and reliable scientific evidence, generally human trials of the same product (FTC, Health Products Compliance Guidance).
Seals and badges03
Do the SodaSlim badges prove it is legit?
No. The badges on the bottle and sales page are seller artwork, and none names a certifier. They tell you what the seller says, not what a lab found.
"FDA registered" does not mean approved. The FDA cannot approve a supplement or its label before sale (FDA, Questions and answers on dietary supplements). "Doctor formulated" names no doctor.

The seller offers a money-back guarantee. Its length and terms are the ones shown at checkout.

Registration lists a facility with the FDA. It is not approval, and the facility is not named.

Matches the label badge 'GMP CERTIFIED'. No certifier is named. Supplement makers must follow GMP rules by law.

Matches the label's 'NON-GMO' badge. No certifier is named.

A seller badge. 'Natural' has no set meaning for supplements, and the label does not say whether the raspberry ketone or the caffeine is plant-made or made in a lab.

A seller badge. No doctor is named on the label or on the sales page we read, so we cannot say who formulated it.

A seller badge. No purity test, lab or certificate is published with it.

A seller badge. The label prints no gluten statement and no gluten test or certifier is named.

A seller badge. The label prints no dairy statement and no certifier is named.

A seller badge. The label calls the capsule a vegetable (hypromellose) capsule. No certifier is named.
Each badge comes from the brand's own image set. A badge is a claim by the seller, not a certificate: none names a certifier, lab or audit. FDA does not approve supplements before they are sold (FDA, Questions and answers on dietary supplements), and health claims in ads need real evidence (FTC, Health Products Compliance Guidance).
Printed or not04
What does the SodaSlim label leave out?
The label leaves out who makes the capsules, where they are tested and how much caffeine the extracts add. Those gaps matter more than any badge.
The caffeine line is 138 mg, 34.5% of the FDA's 400 mg guide (FDA, Spilling the beans: how much caffeine is too much). The extracts add a little more, unprinted. The seller's lot numbers are references, not lab proof.
- Printed
Amounts of all five lines
Every line has an amount in mg on the label. Some descriptions of this product say no amounts are printed; this site follows the label itself.
- Partly printed
Total caffeine from every source
Caffeine anhydrous is 138 mg. Green tea extract adds under 3.9 mg by its own standardization. The green coffee line does not say how much caffeine it holds. (Onakpoya 2011, Green coffee extract meta-analysis) (NIH ODS, Weight loss supplements (consumers))
- Not printed
Who makes it
The label names a distributor (Gex Corporation LLP), not a manufacturer or factory.
- Not printed
Time of day, food and water
The label says take one capsule daily and nothing more. Morning comes from the seller's copy.
- Not printed
Third-party test or certifier
The badges NON-GMO and GMP CERTIFIED name no certifier or audit. A lot code and CoA reference are seller references, not lab proof. (FDA, Questions and answers on dietary supplements)
- Not printed
Where raspberry ketone comes from
No plant part or standardization is printed. Raspberries hold only trace amounts, so a 130 mg dose is not food-sized. (Rao 2021, Raspberry ketone review)
- Not printed
Studies of this product
None found. Research on single ingredients does not carry over to a finished product at other doses and in combination. (FTC, Health Products Compliance Guidance)
- Not printed
Allergen statement
The label prints no allergen line. The capsule is hypromellose (a vegetable capsule).

What are the warning signs of a weight-loss scam, and does SodaSlim show them?
The FTC lists claims that are too good to be true, such as losing 2 or more pounds a week for a month without diet or exercise, or loss no matter what you eat (FTC, Seven red flags for bogus weight-loss claims). Check each one against what you read.
The label makes no such promise. We cannot see every ad, though. Fake news pages and surprise billing are tricks the FTC has pursued in other cases (FTC, Pure Green Coffee fake-news-site case) (FTC, Simple Pure Nutrition green coffee settlement). See celebrity claims.

If you order06
How do you check an order is genuine?
Check three things: the seller, the bottle and the terms. Third-party and look-alike listings may not be genuine or covered by the guarantee.
The order desk is +1 (302) 200-3480 and [email protected]. This site is a retailer that earns money from order links. It is not the manufacturer or distributor. See batch verification for the bottle check.

Read the guarantee terms
The checkout shows the guarantee terms and its window. This site does not print a day count because the sales page words the terms in two different ways. Save a screenshot.

FAQ07
SodaSlim questions people ask
Is SodaSlim a scam?
We found no evidence of one. It is a real capsule with a printed label. Whether it works is another matter, since no study tested it. Check the checkout terms, keep your order ID and use the guarantee route if unhappy.
Is Soda Slim legitimate to buy?
The product exists and the order buttons lead to the brand's own sales page. We know of no Amazon, Walmart or store listing. Be careful with look-alike sellers, which may not be genuine or covered by the guarantee.
Does FDA approval apply to SodaSlim?
No. The FDA does not approve supplements before sale (FDA, Questions and answers on dietary supplements). An FDA registered badge means a facility is listed, not that the capsule was reviewed. The label carries the standard disclaimer.
Are the SodaSlim reviews real?
We cannot confirm any. We have none verified, so we show empty slots and no rating. Read how to judge reviews on our reviews page.
Is SodaSlim safe to take?
It depends on you. Each capsule has 138 mg caffeine, and green tea extract and garcinia have liver reports (MSK, Green tea (About Herbs)) (NCCIH, Garcinia cambogia). Ask a doctor or pharmacist first, especially with a medicine or condition.
